I discovered my “green thumb” in 2010. Fascinated by the beauty of healthy outdoor plants and the potential of my own back yard, my hobby became a passion as I researched and learned more about trees, plants, Bonsai and domestic gardening.

Soon enough, armed with a basic tool set, I found myself warmly welcomed into the gardens of neighbours and friends. These early projects gave me many hours of experience; as my knowledge grew, so did my desire to learn more!

With my family’s support, I took on a full-time horticultural job and apprenticeship in 2016.

By 2019, I had achieved nationally recognised qualifications and I was ready to bring my passion and experience to other people’s gardens.

It was then that my family and I decided it was time to launch our own dream, Black Bird Garden Maintenance. We look forward to bringing life to your garden!
